Lac de la Ferme (pêche blanche)

Two kilometres south of the village, and one of the few lakes around where you can ice fish for brook trout. Bring folding chairs; the log shelter handles the rest.

The lake is stocked every year by the municipality, the Centre touristique du Lac-Simon and ACPTA. The town suggests keeping five trout per licence at most. No gear? The Centre touristique du Lac-Simon runs a bookable package (24 hours ahead) with five pre-drilled holes, five tip-ups, worms and hot drinks.
