On Halloween night, residents each host a candy table inside Complexe Whissell. Rain or shine, children can trick-or-treat indoors. The municipality expects about 450 children.
Residents who wish to hand out candy may participate free of charge. A table and two chairs are provided, and you may decorate your space as you wish. Please plan on candy for about 450 children.
