This Tuesday-morning walking club rotates its starting point between Saint-Émile, Namur and Lac-des-Plages, and organizes carpool outings further afield (Montebello, Mont-Tremblant, the P'tit Train du Nord trail). Each person walks the distance that suits them.

The association brings together about 70 shoreline owners and users of Lac des Îles, where the Petite-Nation River begins. It monitors the lake's health and has publicly opposed the La Loutre mine project.
